  • Incorporating more vegetables and fish into your diet and reducing sugar intake
  • Reducing stress and anxiety by exercising
  • Drinking less water before bedtime
  • Creating and sticking to a regular sleeping schedule
  • Decreasing tobacco and alcohol use
  • Eating smaller low carbohydrates meals before bedtime
